Confirmation: All reservations will be confirmed after we receive a 50% deposit of total rental charge. Payments can be made via cash, checks, money orders, Visa or Mastercard. Daily maid service and linens are included in your condominium rental.
Security Deposit: All reservations will include a security deposit which is refundable after the unit is inspected before check out.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date and must be in the form of a written letter or Fax. Cancelled reservations are subject to a 25% service charge.
Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed on the premises.
